My cat wasn't eating. He had bloods taken. He had various injections. Came away with tablets and fluids. Cost £511. No clear outcome. The vet didn't have a clue, could be this, that...f I wanted further analysis of the blood - extra £200+ I returned for a check up 2 days later - another £60.50. Shouldn't the follow up care be included?

My family have been with Bell Brown and Bentley for over 45 year and the're an outstanding veterinary service with great care and profession
in the last week
The practice are friendly, and the vets themselves are very good at explaining things in detail so that you're not left with any questions. They are happy to take their time with you to make sure you know all the best options for your dog. We are very confident taking our dog here and receiving good care for him.

Been with this practice for over forty years. I have always found them to be kind caring and very knowledgeable with all my cats I have had over the years

Lovely veterinary practice. I've been going here for a number of years with my fluffy cat and always feel very welcome and well advised. Easy to get to, decent shaded car park, friendly staff. Even a dedicated 'cat waiting area' in reception : )

Very disappointed, I had two puppies to vaccinate and to do the microchip and been charged 325 pounds after I’ve been told that would be 105 per vaccine and per microchip for each Puppie over the phone, very unfair. A month ago another vet charge me for another 2 puppies (vaccine and microchip) 148 pounds, 325 pounds it’s more than double in this case.

Arrived 15 minutes early and been told that my cat doesn’t registered there even though the email stated that me and my cat is registered in there. Took a day off to make sure my cat got sorted. The lady on the desk make it sound like the fault is on me that I came to the wrong branch, which is unacceptable and quite rude since the email I got is a proof of that. The only good thing is she managed to request appointment in the other branch which is in the other side of the city and is quite hassle to get there because of the distance and there is an repair on the other place so the parking will be a nightmare. Please own it if you made a mistake, that’s the point of the customer service. Don’t make it sound like your patient made a mistake and make us feel bad about it. My cat is already stressed, me and my fiancé also struggle about it, but please please don't make us feel even more worse with trying to put the blame on us. I really appreciate that you manage to get the appointment sorted in different place on the same day. Thank you for that. This review is for the service from the front desk customer service and the system, not for the vets since this is my first time there. Hopefully the service in the front desk doesn’t reflect the quality of the vets for Daisy.
