Losing Bear I was deverstated and I was given 5* treatment, especially from Vineka, who I have never heard a bad word about. The staff remember your pets name, are friendly and caring. It's a great vets for pets and humans.

Fantastic staff, reception staff, veterinary surgeons and nurses are all lovely, they are welcoming, friendly to the humans and to our cats. Clearly all animal lovers. Everything is explained clearly. Everywhere is clean & smells clean. They have a little quiet area for the cats.

Excellent vet surgery - great staff from reception to the vets. Understanding, respectful and caring towards cats. We have been really impressed with the overall service here, and have even had vets trying to help us with longstanding issues that flare occasionally, so we didn’t have to keep coming back. Much better than the Glenfield branch who we’ve used a few times for emergencies - they are not transparent, whereas scraptoft lane are!

I can’t say enough good things about this veterinary practice! The entire team is caring, patient, and truly dedicated. My pet, Lance is always treated with so much kindness and respect—whether it’s a routine check-up, vaccination, or something more urgent.

Wieneke was a super friendly vet who attended to my cat Simba with empathy and great care. I was seen promptly and on the day of ringing, my concerns were investigated fully and resolved by mid afternoon.

I have 5 cats and all are registered with park at scraptoft and I think they are amazing. I have always been able to get an appointment, I also used the emergency vet and again the way they treated my pet was fantastic. The reception gave me a blanket with calming spray to settle my baby and were so polite. The vet explained things the way I could understand and was open to my suggestions of starting with the least invasive first for my pet. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and even strangers if asked I can't praise them enough

I have just done an update on my previous review posted and it went AWOL! Anyway, as promised - if the lead vet at this practice managed to change the procedures at the point of euthanasia for pets, consultation, form filling, double checking etc that I would change my review back to what this practice deserves for the medical care of your pets. This I have done. I'll give it 5 stars. Great vets, always available in emergencies, great receptionists. Wishing Park Vets all the best for the future from me, Dawn and Sheba. Thanks for looking after her while she was alive. Would highly recommend👍🏼
