Vets for Pets

I’ve used these wonderful vets for a few years now, what I love is that they not only treat my cats with respect and compassion, but also the owners the same way. All vets are on the pricey side. But honestly they are worth every penny, and no I’m not rich I save so I can take my cats to the vets whenever they need to go.

Everyone was absolutely amazing! Especially Sali, who looked at my very nervous cat, Dibble. Sali was very patient and careful with her.

The woman on reception was very patient and explained everything to me very well. The vet was then absolutely amazing with my pup despite his nervousness and made the experience the best it could have been

I cannot thank Vets4Pets Beaumont Leys enough, especially Sali, for the incredible care and compassion shown to my beautiful boy, Wispa. At 14 years old, Wispa is struggling with both his front and back legs, and it’s been such a heartbreaking and emotional time for me. He’s not just a pet he is my absolute rock, my world, and my best friend. Sali showed such genuine kindness, empathy and understanding, she truly listened to my worries and treated Wispa with the love and respect he deserves. It means everything to know someone cares for him the way I do. Wispa is now on medication that Sali recommended, and I am so grateful for the way she’s supported us. She never makes me feel rushed or silly for asking questions she’s always patient, understanding, and gives me the space to process everything and make the decisions that feel right for Wispa. That means the world to me. Thank you, Sali, for your kindness, your patience, and for always listening.

I have used this Veterinary Surgery since I got my first dog around 2 and a half years ago. They have been incredible with the services and care they have provided. The vets can be an intimidating experience but the team here are so welcoming and knowledgeable. I recommend to other pet owners to have a membership plan as you are able to have prescribed flea and worming treatments alongside other benefits. For how much you will probably use the vets for advice etc especially with dogs and cats, it is definitely worth every penny. It’s also very cheap too when considering your treatment plan will be personalised to your animals needs, for example my dog was switched to tablets as we wasn’t getting on with the liquid solutions for flea prevention. The team are incredibly flexible with the care they provide also. I regularly take my dog here for his nail trims too as he’s so fussy after having his quick cut a couple of times. Recently, a weight clinic has been added too although I am not sure if other surgeries offer this. My dog was very overweight and has since lost a significant amount which will lengthen his life span. It is common for owners to overfeed but the vets are very understanding and empathetic. They have directed me to a more suitable diet and made me become a better owner. Surgery is done here too, my dog was also neutered here. It was done to the highest standard and as a result we never faced any issues. I was particularly impressed by the aftercare offered. This vet is able to take insurance over a certain amount and I have found them to be very patient when waiting to hear back from my provider too.
